  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • In cases of high demand (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), shipping and handling times may be extended.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address during checkout.
Smillar.com is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to our warehouse because of incorrect address details, the customer will bear the reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please follow these steps:

  2. Ask neighbors or anyone living at your residence if they received the package.

  3. Check with your local carrier’s office using your tracking number.

  4. Contact our customer service within 7 days from the delivery status update.
