At Smillar, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise with your order. Here’s how we’re happy to help.

Changed your mind? We get it!

You can cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
After this 12-hour window, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days to your original payment method.

We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.

If you need an exchange for any of these reasons, please contact us directly at support@smillar.com.
You won’t be charged return shipping for defective products.
